This section describes Group Coaching Circles for groups, a service offered by certified medium and life coach Joanne Franchina.

Group coaching circles are available at Inner Compass in a variety of personal development areas, such as life purpose, life balance, meditation, mediumship, creativity, and manifestation.  Group coaching is like having your very own personal life coach, and sharing her with a small circle of your friends. 

At Inner Compass, group coaching circles are unique because I have a holistic approach to coaching that I call intuitive life coaching.  Because I am a life coach who also is a clairvoyant medium, psychic and intuitive, during group coaching I often perceive insights from the participants' higher selves that ultimately provide the key to achieving their true goals. 

Groups are limited in size to ensure lots of individual attention, and coaching and development take place on an ongoing basis.  Some participants prefer small group coaching because it is somewhat informal, others because it is highly experiential, and still others because it is very affordable.  Yet everyone agrees that this development format facilitates substantial and meaningful progress.
