Small group coaching and development circles are available at Inner Compass in a variety of personal development areas, such as meditation, mediumship, creativity, and manifestation.  Groups are limited in size to ensure lots of individual attention, and coaching and development take place on an ongoing basis.  Some participants prefer small group coaching because it is somewhat informal, others because it is highly experiential, and still others because it is very affordable.  Yet everyone agrees that this development format facilitates substantial and meaningful progress.
