  • Individual sessions during the "summer season" (April - October) are available during office hours (10 am - 6 pm ET) on Wednesdays through Mondays most weeks. Same-day appointments may be scheduled. Appointments may be conducted in-person or as distance sessions, depending on the date, location, and session type. Scheduling exceptions may occasionally be made; contact us with your specific needs/requests.
  • Individual sessions during the "winter season" (November - March) are available during office hours (10 am - 4 pm ET) on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and some Sundays. Most appointments will be conducted as distance sessions. Exceptions may be made as schedules allow; contact us with your specific needs/requests.
