The Evolution of Spirit Speaks: Highlighting all tracks, levels, and formats of these workshops
When Inner Compass first began offering Spirit Speaks in 2013, there were simply two levels of instruction conducted via weekend workshops to be taken in sequence, and all classes were conducted in person. (This is now called Track 1).
Since then, we have expanded the ways in which we present the material. We also offer a combined, intensive version that includes both levels in a single long weekend, conducted in person. (Now called Track 2). This came about when participants asked to quickly learn the material before entering our two-year certification program of mediumship instruction, the Mediumship Mastery Program, for which the full content of Spirit Speaks is a pre-requisite.
Later, in response to government mandates restricting in-person events, we developed a "mostly online" version of the training. For this version, we reorganized the material within both levels to deliver as much content as possible in an online format. And because certain exercises simply work better when delivered in person, we organized those specific learning modules into an Addendum to be delivererd in person. (Track 3).
Subsequently, we reorganized the material to optimize the use of in-person and online learning formats, spreading out the material over four separate weekends (two weekends per level), and shortening each weekend to a single day. In this version, we begin and end the full series in person and use the two sessions in-between to deliver the online content. (Track 4).
Currently we are offering yet another format that delivers the material in smaller modules. In our newest version, we have spread out the sessions so they are taken in alternating weeks over ten weekday evenings (five weekends per level), and each session has been shortened to two hours. Most sessions are presented in person, while a few may be presented online, as content and preference dictate. (Track 5).
How often we offer each of these "tracks" of learning depends on many factors. Online learning is here to stay and has many benefits, including convenience for participants who live far away from us. On the other hand, working with such subtle energies as we do in Spirit Speaks, certain learning modules just work better for most people when delivered in person. We do our best to schedule classes that fit into our overall calendar of events and are most convenient for our participants.
For those who wish to apply for the Mediumship Mastery Program: The full series (both levels) of Spirit Speaks workshops - is a pre-requisite to Inner Compass' two-year certification program of mediumship development, and it is best to take the classes within a single Learning Track. Otherwise you would receive some content twice, and completely miss other content, and it is important that all students entering the Mediumship Mastery Program have a common foundation of training. Review (and other) options are available depending on your specific situation, so please contact us and we will work with you to ensure you receive the appropriate content.

Track 2
20 hours of instruction presented in one extended weekend workshop, conducted in person
Track 2 is a comprehensive version of the series, combining levels 1 and 2 into a single, intensive weekend workshop conducted in-person over three consecutive days. Schedules include breaks for meals as appropriate.

The Online/Abridged version of Levels 1 and 2 in Track 3 includes 13-15 hours of instruction conducted online over three sessions on non-consecutive days; the Addendum is offered separately and includes 4-6 hours conducted in person during one day. Schedules include breaks for meals as appropriate.
