Attend one session or attend them all. Learn to love meditation, and experience the spiritual transformation that a fulfilling practice can bring to your life!
Please wear comfortable clothes, and be prepared to interact. Each session includes lecture, direct experience with one or more meditations, and discussion. You will benefit greatly from the shared experiences of your fellow participants and from the mentorship of your instructor.
During certain sessions of the program you may want to experiment with optional items to enhance your meditations. None of these is required; you can use common household items if you don't happen to have something listed below, and you needn't have any of them before the first session. Items will be specifically noted during the week prior to the session for which they will be mentioned.
- Yoga mat, blanket, towel, and/or a meditation cushion (if you have one).
- Device to play background music of your choosing.
- A handful of color swatches/paint chips of your choosing (such as from a paint or hardware store).
- Natural fragrances of your choosing such as essential oils, incense, scented candle, and/or extract of vanilla, lemon, or cinnamon.
- Small crystals, shells, and/or other natural objects of your choosing (such as an acorn or feather).
Important Notes: Participants are expected to enjoy the sessions while in a private, quiet, indoor space where they will not be interrupted - no moving cars! Plan to be on camera except during certain meditations. Be prepared to join us LIVE for each session; very little content will be recorded, and recordings will be made available to participants only in very limited/specific circumstances at the instructor's discretion.
Dates/Times: Thirteen consecutive Mondays beginning January 5, 2026, 12:00 - 1:30 PM ET.
Location: Online via Zoom.
Price: $85 (13 sessions); early registration (by December 21) $65. Or $10 per single session (Week 1, Basics of Meditation, is free to all).
